Jenn Walker Wall, Career Strategist + Founder

Jenn Walker Wall is the founder of Work Wonders Careers where she helps people land new jobs and thrive at work. She’s also a co-host of the Making Life Work Podcast. Previously, she worked at the Sloan School of Management at MIT as well as Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital and is currently an Adjunct Instructor of Sociology at Lesley University.

Jenn has helped hundreds of ambitious professionals identify their strengths and leverage their experience in order to pursue more meaningful work. Additionally, she helps leaders build skills and brands that help them successfully grow their careers and launch businesses of their own. Jenn is also committed to teaching career coaching and communication strategies to enhance teamwork and effectiveness in the workplace.

When she’s not helping clients land interviews or launch their own businesses, you can find her cooking up a storm in her kitchen, usually while listening to true crime podcasts.

Jenn O’Neil, Work Wonders & Co. Facilitator

Jenn O’Neil, the founder of Citrine Circle Healing, is a licensed clinical social worker with a MSW from Simmons College and has her Ph.D. in Adult Learning and Development at Lesley University. She is currently the Director of the online Social Work program at the University of New England and has previously worked at Endicott College, Lesley College, and Aids Action Committee of Boston.

Believing that everyone is just trying to figure life out, Jenn uses tarot as a vehicle to offer people a new perspective on life issues. Combining spirituality and her skills as a clinical social worker Jenn helps people work through questions, set intentions, and observe behavior patterns that might be getting in their way of progress.

When not doing Ph.D. research or reading tarot cards, Jenn can be found listening to one of the many true crime podcasts she follows, shopping at her local Magick store, or dreaming of the day she will own an original Mark Rothko painting.

Nichole Benard, Work Wonders Community Support Team

Nichole Benard has made a career out of helping people and solving problems. Previously, she’s worked as an LNA, a job coach, an office manager, a receptionist, and most recently as the owner and operator of My Virtual Genius. She helps run the behind-the-scenes at Work Wonders Careers, as well as supports our clients in Work Wonders & Co.

A self-taught web designer with a previous career in human services, Nichole wears many hats! She transitioned to serving as a virtual assistant once she became a mom because it enabled her to pursue her passion for supporting people as they built their businesses and put her diverse skill set to work.

When she’s not helping her clients, you can find her spending weekends on the Rhode Island coast with her kiddo and hubby and Instagramming her adorable puppy, Fiona.
